Report a barrier
If any part of HARK is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, larger text, or other assistive technology, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and aim to respond within 5 business days.

Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across our website and, where those principles apply, our iOS and Android apps. On mobile we also follow Apple and Google platform accessibility guidance.
What we do today
- Interactive controls are labeled for screen readers (VoiceOver and TalkBack).
- Meaning is never conveyed by color alone — we pair it with text or symbols.
- Text respects your device’s text-size settings.
- The website honors your “reduce motion” preference and provides visible focus for keyboard users.
- Private, sensitive screens are protected without sacrificing assistive-technology access.
What we’re still improving
Accessibility is ongoing, not a finish line. We are actively working on deeper screen-reader testing across devices, reduced-motion options in the app, expanded contrast verification, and captions or transcripts for our videos and voice guidance. If you rely on any of these, we’d love to hear from you so we can prioritize well.
Assessment & feedback
We evaluate HARK against WCAG 2.1 AA through internal review and testing, and we welcome outside feedback. This statement is reviewed regularly and updated as HARK evolves.
